1. Acceptance of Terms

ANAMEI Scalp Spa & Wellness (“ANAMEI”) is a trading name of ANNA INTERNATIONAL BEAUTY CENTER PTY LTD  (ABN 72 663 813 741) (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing this website, making a booking, purchasing products, or receiving services from ANAMEI, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions with the Company.

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

ANAMEI provides non-medical scalp spa, cosmetic and relaxation treatments.

All services are provided for wellness and cosmetic purposes only.

The Company does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.

Treatment outcomes vary between individuals. No specific results are guaranteed.

3. Client Health Disclosure & Assumption of Risk

Clients must disclose all relevant health information, including but not limited to:

  • Pregnancy

  • Skin or scalp conditions

  • Allergies

  • Chronic illness

  • Medications

Failure to disclose relevant conditions releases the Company from liability arising from resulting reactions or complications to the extent permitted by law.

Clients acknowledge:

  • Topical products and scalp stimulation may cause reactions

  • Patch testing is available upon request

  • Treatments are received at the client’s own risk where contraindications are not disclosed

Clients further acknowledge that they have an ongoing obligation to inform ANAMEI of any changes to their health condition or personal details prior to each appointment.

Failure to update relevant information may release the Company from liability arising from such non-disclosure.

4. Bookings & Appointments

Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation from ANAMEI.

Clients must:

  • Arrive on time

  • Provide accurate information

  • Follow aftercare advice

Late arrival may result in shortened treatment time without price reduction.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in:

  • Loss of deposit

  • Full service charge

  • Deduction from prepaid balance

Completed services are strictly non-refundable.

Change of mind does not qualify for a refund.

Nothing in this clause limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Third-Party Promotional Vouchers (Including Groupon)

Services purchased through third-party platforms are subject to ANAMEI’s internal policies.

Promotional pricing applies strictly to the advertised service only.

Additional services require additional payment.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service where clients misuse promotional terms or engage in unreasonable conduct.

Voucher expiration dates must be respected.

7. Prepaid, Membership & Stored Value Policy

Prepaid balances:

  • Are non-transferable

  • Are not redeemable for cash

  • Are valid for 12 months from purchase

  • Expire automatically after the validity period

Refunds will not be granted for change of mind.

Where medical inability to continue is demonstrated with a valid medical certificate:

  • Refunds may be considered at management discretion

  • Used portions will be calculated at full standard price

  • Administrative fees may apply

8. Product Sales

Products sold are cosmetic and non-medical.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Reading usage instructions

  • Conducting patch testing

Opened products are not refundable unless faulty.

Change of mind returns are not accepted.

Faulty goods will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Behaviour & Right to Refuse Service

The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service where a client:

  • Uses abusive or threatening language

  • Engages in harassment

  • Makes fraudulent refund demands

  • Provides false information

  • Disrupts business operations

Where service is terminated for breach of conduct, completed services remain non-refundable.

10. Indemnity

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, losses, damages or costs arising from:

  • False health disclosures

  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions

  • Misuse of products

  • Breach of these Terms

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service or product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes non-excludable guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for personal belongings.
The Company accepts no liability for lost or stolen items.

13. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including government restrictions, natural disasters or emergencies.

Prepaid balances may be extended where appropriate.

14. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, images and materials remain the property of ANAMEI or the Company and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Users must not:

  • Use the website unlawfully

  • Interfere with site security

  • Copy or reproduce content

15. Privacy

Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy issued by ANNA INTERNATIONAL BEAUTY CENTER PTY LTD .

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and the Commonwealth of Australia.
